One atelier, one signature
Since 2017, The Azure Balloons has designed and delivered exceptional event decor across the French Riviera. Under the direction of Elena Rylkova, the atelier has become a reference in balloon sculpture and large-scale structures — meticulous craft in the service of elegant, memorable events.
Every project is bespoke. From the first sketch to the final installation, we compose complete scenographies — arches, backdrops, sculptures, photo booths — that turn a venue into a world of its own, faithful to your story.

What clients ask most
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the whole French Riviera: Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Monaco, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Mougins, Grasse, Saint-Tropez, Menton. Beyond that area, travel remains possible on request.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 3 to 6 weeks for a full scenography, to secure materials and the installation slot. Urgent requests are assessed case by case — contact us and we will tell you honestly whether it is feasible.
What are your prices?
Every project is quoted individually. The budget depends on the volume of decor, the height of the structures, the venue, access and installation time. Tell us your budget in your enquiry: we will say straight away whether the project is workable and what we can propose within it.
How long does a balloon decor last?
A quality balloon installation holds for several days indoors. Outdoors, longevity depends heavily on sun exposure, wind and heat — something we always address at the design stage, particularly during Riviera summers.
Do you handle setup and strike?
Yes. On-site installation is included in our services. Strike and removal can be added to the quote, including night slots for venues with constraints.
Do you work with hotels and wedding planners?
Yes, both as a partner and as a subcontractor. We provide a detailed quote, an installation schedule and an insurance certificate. Contact us to receive our professional pack.
Are your balloons eco-friendly?
We favour natural, biodegradable latex balloons and reusable structures. We collect and sort the decor after strike when that service is included.
Which languages do you work in?
